Hello
I just checked my sleep pattern for 2 days. One day i received all details with light rem and deep sleeping. But the second day i received other references such as minutes awake but no info on rem deep and light sleep. Can you explain this to me ?
Also when i want to add sleep pattern in the morning they choose a period ending at the moment when i do the registration instead of ending by the moment when i wake up.. this means when i register at 10.00 it gives me sleep pattern until 10.00 instead of until 8.30 when i woke up. I do not understand why...

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Lsch.
I'll gladly explain what could have happened.
To get the sleep stages information, the tracker uses your HR to determine how you move through these stages. If for some reason the Fitbit couldn't get your HR correctly, then it won't be able to go into these stages and determine which one is the one you were it.
My suggestion would be to try and tighten the strap before going to sleep to ensure an optimal HR reading. Give this a shot and you should be getting the sleep stages again.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @Lsch.
I'd like to make sure I fully understand what you mean, as it's not quite clear for me.
You're trying to log your sleep and have it end before the time that you're logging it. Is that correct?
Look forward to your reply.

Hey @Lsch.
Thanks for the detailed explanation, I understand now.
Regularly the trackers use your HR along with movement to determine when you are asleep. It is possible that your HR has remained relatively low after you have woken up and start moving around. Alternatively, it could be a matter of movement.
I'd recommend trying to tighten the strap a little bit so that the tracker feels more movement and has a better HR reading in order to improve the overall readings. This should, in turn, improve the data you get.
Hope you find this useful! If you have any questions, please let me know.

Hey @Lsch.
Thanks for letting me know that tightening the strap is not an option.
As I mentioned, the sleep stages are tracked via HR. There are two more things we could try:
Let me know if you do try them or if you have any questions.

Hey @Lsch.
Glad to know that everything is working properly now.
I'll keep what you said about standing for longer than 5 minutes in mind.
If you have the time, perhaps you could visit our Discussion boards. Lots of different topics to talk about in there with other Forums members.
Hope to see you around.
