Sleep stages not showing for Blaze

I have looked at other posts already. I just got my Fitbit Blaze for Christmas 2017. I was so excited to really track my sleep because the alta only did the basics and I am really struggling with sleep this past year. It is only showing the basic sleep patterns and absolutely no "stages" - this was one of the reasons I wanted the Blaze. I have read other things and supposedly this was resolved in September. Also, there was a list of 3-4 things that Fitbit thought people were doing wrong themselves and none of them apply. Please help because I really want this to work. Just for informational purposes my son is using my fitbit alta now and so we have both of us on the account.

Hi, @KimmieAP! The first issue you are probably running into is having two people on the same account. This basically doesn't work, since Fitbit is trying to stack your data. You each need to have your own accounts. Any information you have with both of you wearing trackers will basically be meaningless. That may actually even be the issue with the sleep stages.

Other than that, I would suggest giving your tracker a couple of restarts and then seeing if that takes care of things the next night.

I will try both. The Fitbit dashboard makes it appear as though a person can have more than one device per account though as there is a place to add another device etc. I will mark your reply if either works because others are having the same issue but I don’t know if they have more than one device on their accounts.

You can have more than one device per account. I have a few different ones that I wear for different things, but having two people wearing them doesn't really work. Good luck and report back!
