Hey
So I've the Alta HR just for a couple of days and I see that my sleeprecord doesn't show the REM, Light, Deep sleep. (only Awake, Restless and asleep).
I've looked it up and seems like more people have this problem.
Does somebody have a solution?

Hello @NickyV!
Like I mentioned in the other thread, I would recommend that you try to log out and then back into your account.
I'd also like to ask if you have logged the sleep manually or if the Alta HR has automatically logged your sleep.
Look forward to your reply.
Best AnswerYesterday I had suddenly the new graphic.
And today back the old...
Well we'll see tomorrow...
Best AnswerI tried the solution of logging out and back in and this changed nothing for myself or my wife's app.
Best AnswerYesterday I started my sleeptracking manually, like I always do, and I received info on my screen of the new layout of the grapich.
And I woke up this morning and still I've the old graphic ....
So 5 sleepstages and just on day 3 the new graphic ...

Hello @NickyV! Thanks for joining the Forums @dcme!
@NickyV I would like to ask you to try having the Alta HR recognize your sleep on its own. That should get you the graph with the sleep stages. Could you give that shot?
@dcme What tracker are you and your wife using? Please also take into consideration what I mentioned above.
Please keep me posted on how it goes!

My wife and I both have the Blaze. She's had hers a few months and has always shown the detailed sleep stages. I started with mine just over a week ago but can only get basic sleep pattern info. Tried all the suggestions re how to wear it and even tried wearing other arm and on inside of arm with no change. Last night we swapped trackers - my tracker on her wrist showed sleep stages but her tracker on my wrist just showed basic pattern. So that suggests the problem is ME!
I sleep normally starting on my left side but turn over several times during the night and usually get up at least once for the loo. All this seems to tie up with the restless and awake information but why no REM? I really am interested in getting an answer as I dream a lot and want to relate this to what the tracker says. Help!

Hello @Teedoubleudee! Welcome to the Forums.
It could be that your HR changes aren't as pronounced as your wife's and thus your Fitbit doesnt' get a full reading of the full situation. Maybe if you switch your Fitbit's sleep settings to Sensitive, if they are on normal. You can read more about it by clicking here.
The situation with the REM and the sleep stages themselves is that they are more related to your HR so if the Fitbit is not getting the full picture of your HR while you sleep it won't be able to calculate the stages, REM included.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @Teedoubleudee.
Thanks for getting back to me and giving that shot.
The tablet that you are taking could definitely have an impact in the way your HR behaves during the night. Let's see how the sensitive setting works out.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
