Sleep syncing sleep logs reflecting zero minutes of sleep

Missing sleep data. Not missing just sleep stages, but missing all sleep data other than amount of time in sleep. Looks like a bug has crept into the android app.

Yesterday said "0 mins sleep" yet it recorded the times I went to sleep and woke up. Today it updated yesterday's data which is now showing correctly, but today's data is now showing blank and "0 mins sleep" yet it knows when I went to sleep and woke up.

So the full sleep data seems to be running a day behind.

What happened?!

Hi there @GigaBeast, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post that your sleep in being recorded but it shows 0 minutes of sleep. I'm curious with something regarding this issue, you mentioned one of your logs updated to reflect the correct information, so I would like to ask how often is this happening? Is this issue repeating on a daily basis?

If this is the issue you are experiencing rest assure we are investigating the root of this bug. There is a small portion of users who have reported this too.

See you around and let me know if you have more questions.

Same here. I just got the charge 2 yesterday so this is the first night, but there is a chart, only no minutes of sleep.

Hi there @SunsetRunner and welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. My apologies for the late response and for this issue. Indeed, if you saw your sleep logs were showing zero minutes of sleep.

This happened due to an outage in the sleep section causing this issue to different users. Thanks to the Community reports, our team address this issue promptly and it has been fix already. For more details regarding this issue refer to this thread: Sleep Logs show '0 time asleep'.

See you around and stay tuned if you have other questions.
