Using a charge 5, sleep tile recently disappeared. When I go to discover to enable the tile back, there is a disabled "open" button that I cannot click. Anyone else have this issue?

I have a similar issue with the app, and believe it's from a defect in the new firmware update 3.54.1. The app syncs with my Inspire just fine, but does not display the sleep results. My workaround is to add the sleep record by clicking the sleep "+" sign on the My Day page, and then editing the start & stop times based on my memory and the awake times displayed graphically. It's a nuisance, so I'm hoping for a fixed update soon!

I happen to have another Inspire that is identical to the one I've been using. I removed the original Inspire from my account, installed the new one, and now the sleep data automatically pops up on the "Today" screen again! I checked the Inspire firmware it is the same. The app version is also unchanged. So, apparently the firmware in the original Inspire is corrupted. I will enter a Help topic, "How can I re-install firmware to replace corrupted firmware in my Inspire?"

Just got off a chat with Fitbit Support. They consider the original Inspire to be defective, and I will have it replaced under warranty.
