Sleep tracking is generally poor

Hi the Fitbit sleep tracking on pixel watch 2 is poor. It doesn't track a full night's sleep. My old Garmin Venu 2 was much better. Some nights pixel watch records 2 hours sleep when I sleep at least eave 6 to 7.

Is anyone fixing this? It's not related to a software update. Application sensing is poor. For a A$550 watch and paid Fitbit subscription this functionality should be better

Hi @Dizzle40,

I'm not sure if this will help but you might want to give it a go.

Go to your device (watch) settings, then select sleep tracking. If it is on normal, change it to 'Sensitive'. Make sure to save and sync your settings!

Can you provide a screenshot ?  I don't have a Pixel, but I have a Versa 4 and the sleep tracking is very consistent.  I even wore my Apple Watch SE on one arm and the Fitbit on the other for several nights to see how each device track duration,  stages, heart rate, and respiratory.  The Fitbit was definitely the more accurate in terms of duration.  Heart and Respiratory were pretty much the same.  Stages was much harder to determine, but after a while I was able to determine the Fitbit is incredibly accurate with sleep stages. I can explain if need be how I came to that conclusion.

Thanks, I've changed the setting to sensitive, let's see how that goes.
