Could you go a bit more in-depth? What exactly is going on? What is happening with the sleep details? Could you take some screen shots of what you are seeing and then post them here as a reply?
In he meantime, have you tried checking on a different device or through the web version of the Dashboard? That should work and show the sleep information while we figure out what is going on.
