Welcome to the Community @Eglsta! I used to have the same issue and after the following steps, I made it to work
. Try the following:
1. Open the Fitbit App and log out
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Log into your Fitbit app and change the Sleep Tracking to Sensitive.
5. Finally, set up your tracker as a new device.
I hope this helps you, let me know how it goes!
