I just bought a new Charge 3 & am not impressed. If I wanted something cheap & useless I'd have bought a $10 watch from walmart. It'd have lasted longer than the 30 minutes the app/machine did.
The app either says that it isn't available, you can't log in (though you can from a computer), or won't sync period. Again not impressed. I was told by some chat rep that it's due to the update - okay, so FIX the update. Not hard. This problem seems to be an ongoing thing with fitbit & makes it utterly unappealing.

Hi @PM2 this happened to me, as well. It seems to have cleared up and we should all be able to sync and get to all the Fitbit features on the website and on the app. Thanks for coming to the forums, we're glad you're with us!

The app is absolute garbage. Not sure why they can't get their stuff together and fix it after several years of problems.
