SpO2 Feature Unavailable in My Region

I am writing from Morocco and am disappointed that the blood oxygen (SpO2) feature is not available for my [Pixel watch 3]. This was a key reason for my purchase.

Could you please explain why this feature is restricted in Morocco? More importantly, are there any plans to enable it here soon? I am eager to use all the features of my device. Is there any official way to activate this functionality from my location?

That feature must be approved by the national health approval agency of the country of residence.

Google cannot allow its use without that approval.
