Hi there,
For some reason SPO2 data is always missing for today's data, but it shows as being recorded for previous days so I know that is there. I am currently in NZ so my guess is that there is a time zone issue where the data gets recorded but not displayed properly.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hello @Msiqueira
Based on posts that I've read, the team is aware of the delay for the SpO2 data, showing up hours or a day later.
For what it's worth, my SpO2 data is always the last to show up in the app. It's been this way for me ever since I started using a Fitbit device again, about 3 years ago.
Do you sync your Pixel Watch 4 in the morning shortly after you wake up? If not, try doing a sync as soon as you get up. I sync my watch to the app first thing in the morning. My SpO2 data usually shows up within an hour.
For now, please submit this issue using the Feedback/Report issue option in the Fitbit app:

Besides this post I've also read the one titled "Various issues with Fitbit on Pixel Watch 4" submitted by Vertion3, so I understand from that post that Fitbit moderator JuanFitbit has indicated that the Fitbit team is aware of SpO2 issues. Just wanted to advise about my experience.
I just got a Pixel 4 watch a few weeks ago, but I also have had a lot of problems with the SpO2 function -- it's only worked ok for about 5 or 6 days since I've had my watch. I always open up the watch app after I wake up and check the stats. And I always tell it to "Sync" several times after I first check it. Sometimes it just says "No Data". A few times I think the SpO2 said "wear watch to bed" -- even though I had worn it all night and I had sleep stats on the app for that day. Sometimes it shows "Analyzing" for hour(s) -- and either finally comes back (sometimes hours later) with a reading or ends up with "No data". Well, it's just very frustrating, especially since there is no way to start/request an SpO2 reading yourself -- you just have to wear the watch to sleep and hope that it actually takes a SpO2 reading at some point. Frankly this has eroded my confidence in either the Fitbit app and/or the Pixel 4 watch itself as far as taking health stats. Hoping the Fitbit team can get the SpO2 reading work ok.
