Spotify HR keeps losing "connection" with fitbit

I can not get spotify HR to connect and stay connected, also having to use my phone my headphones say connected to fitbit, but spotify HR will not play through them, it plays from my phone speaker, HR from my watch will control spotify on my phone though.  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up.

 

Please note that Spotify HR is not an app developed by Fitbit so my best recommendation is to reach out the developer of the app and let the developer know about these issues. To contact the developer tap on Account > Versa > Apps > Spotify HR and scroll down until you find the link "Contact Developer"
