Why does it only say www.fitbit.com/setup ? I downloaded the app, but nothing is happening with the divice. ?

@Mariamaroy, it will only show the Fitbit.com/setup message until you complete the setup procedures with the app.  Open the Fitbit app and log into your account.  Select the Account screen, then select Set Up a Device to add the tracker to your account. Just follow the on-line instructions once it starts.
