I have a Pixel 2 with Android v11, an updated Charge 3, and an updated Fitbit app.
I see everyone else posting their streak banners, including my friend (an iOS user), the past couple of months, but I have yet to get one, even though I've had at least 15 days of meeting my daily step goals.
Why won't the banner appear for me?

I'd like you to confirm that steps have been set as your main goal. Also you may want to double check that there are no manually logged activities that could be overriding your data.

If by "main goal", you mean "big icon among all the icons tracked", then yes; it's the first thing in the list on my Charge 3, and it's the big icon in the app.
I have never told it I walked x amount of steps, either. The only "manual" tracking I've done is telling the app or Charge 3 that I am about to do exercise so that they can track it.

In this case please log out from the app, force quit it, clear cache and force stop the app, reboot your phone and log back in again. After this please continue monitoring the app, you should receive the step streak banner after 7 days of reaching your goal.

We were trying to figure out why this was not working and I thought it was in settings and I didn't set up something right. It looks like iOS gets the banner fine but I cannot get it on a Motorola Moto G6 play and an updated Fitbit app with a new and updated Charge 4. I want to see how many days I've reached my streak without having to record it everyday. This shouldn't be that hard to do for an Android device. Can you please make this a feature like the iOS users have please?

No, I never got a working solution from them, and the streak banner is still not showing for me.

I have only just found out about the streak banner and it’s well over a year later from when it started. I contacted fitbit yesterday about it and they said they’ll look into it. I have been an android user for years but I’m now an iOS user since 3 weeks ago. This makes no difference as I have still never seen the streak banner.
I somehow doubt this will be fixed as it’s over a year later and people are still experiencing this issue. It is extremely frustrating as I’m a sucker for streaks and this would be the encouragement I need to keep getting my steps!

I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed this issue, I have hit my target of steps every day since 1st Jan and I still have never seen the streak banner. Guess they won’t be fixing it and I’ve had both android and iOS. Makes no difference.

Can you please confirm if the streak banner is fixed as I am this will be influencing the decision on my next purchase.
