Steps and distance not syncing to Bingo challenge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The past two bingo challenges we have done at work,  only my active minutes will sync to the challenge.  None of my steps or distance syncs to bingo even though it syncs to the fitbit app?

@Nicole822 Welcome back to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Note that steps and distance tracked by your Fitbit will count in the challenges. Please let me know if you're still experiencing this and the phone model and OS installed on it.

Hope this helps.

No, the steps and distance are not counting on my challenge.  We do acweekly bingo challenge at work and this is the third week in  a row that it hasn't worked,  but it has worked for the past year up until a few weeks ago. It worked on the bingo until iflipped over tiles, then the next few days after syncing, only active minutes increased and the steps and miles did not change.  Hopefully this gets resolved soon,  it's the only reason I pay for premium membership.  Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

@Harbourgirl Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Let's try the following troubleshooting:

- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it
- Restart your phone
- Log back in

As always make sure that your Fitbit is syncing to your app, this to ensure that it syncs your data to the Challenge.

Hope this helps.
