Steps and exercise not syncing to app

Alta HR sync with sleep pattern. Got notification text and reminder .But noticed the steps counting on device is not transferred to my account dashboard for a good while. No history of activities for a good time. What is wrong? 

 

Log out and back in. 

Charge and sync device.... 

Android version 8.0

Thanks for sharing the steps that you have already tried. 

 

I'd like to ask some questions about what is going on:

  • Is nothing syncing at all?
  • What happens if you try to check on previous days, is information showing up?
  • When did this start happening?

Only steps not syncing.

HR, sleep pattern are up to date .Last sync date last check was 15th. 

But step data were all missing since March time somehow. 

Just step / exercise .

Could you share some screen shots of the missing steps. That's let me better understand what is going on and find the best way to move forward. 

 

Also, do you use multiple Fitbit devices? Is your Fitbit tracking your steps accurately?
