My ionic is saying I’ve done 1,447 steps and 7,397 calories today, it’s had the same readings all day. I’ve tried a factory reset but it’s still saying the same. I did a combat class which is coming up as 5,998 steps plus lots of walking etc. but they are not appearing in the total steps. Help!

Thanks for bringing this up and mentioning the steps that you have tried to get it to work.

 

In this case I'd like to ask some questions. Are you referring to the total steps on the Fitbit app or on the Ionic itself? In addition to that, is the Ionic syncing correctly?

The ionic itself the steps are completely random 6,000 at lunch today then 1,440 by 4pm it registered 0 steps during an hour of body pump but claims I’ve burnt 7,548 calories. It’s just lost 2,000 steps. Again.
