Steps not resetting at midnight

My fitbit blaze syncs and goes to current day/ time but it is not resetting steps!? I have tried restarting blaze and removing device and then adding again. This is very upsetting since the main reason i have it is for counting steps. I have had since December and this is the 4th time its happened.

Hello @AM1980, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. It seem you have tried different solutions on your own. Have you reviewed the timezone configuration of your account. This is the main cause when the steps are not resetting at midnight. You can confirm this, if your steps are resetting in the middle of the next day:

  1. From Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  4. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
  5. Sync your tracker.

As you know the change wont be immediate since it will be visible until midnight when your steps reset back to zero.

Hope this helps and let me know if the issue persists.
