Today 7/17/19 i have not been able to sync my steps inside the challenges. My dashboard is reflecting the updated steps. What the problem is inside all the challenges there is no syncing happening with any of the participants. It's showing when people make thier step goals and we can still talk to each other...but no ones steps have synced for over 11 hrs. Mine haven't synced in offer 22 hrs. Every single person is having this problem. Does anyone know whats going on. There are no notices on your page showing that there its a problem with fitbit. Some one said to quit all your challenges and then be reinvited and it then updates your steps. Is this true and is ridiculous to have to do this with every challenge.

I'm glad to see a new post about this, having the same problem with 2 challenges not updating while steps are updating fine. Have never had this problem before but was thinking about trying quitting and rejoining, will post again if it seems to work.

We have the same problem! I hope they will fix it soon, or before the week’s challenge ends!

This happens for iPhone as well. The problem is their last bug fix update, it introduced this issue

Same problem. It does work if you quit and re-join, but only once - then if you do more steps you have to quit again!
Really annoying.

My fitbit isn't syncing at all 🙄 I can only update it manually - not what it says on the tin!

Same exact problem but some people in my challenge can still get theirs to work. My steps are syncing just fine but arent showing up in my challenge for over a day now.

My steps stopped syncing all together about 3 hours ago. This is getting to be a little much
