My fitbit charge 2 tracks my arm movements, is there away to stop it from doing that?

Hi, @BryantPeppers! There's not much you can do about it. The only thing you can try that might help is to change the setting that you wear the tracker to your dominant wrist, even if you wear it on your non-dominant wrist, which should help reduce the sensitivity a little bit.
