This problem started late I the day on Sunday 8/19. I am lucky if I can get the app to sync once a day. It is currently 10:31 PM. My Charge 2 shows 12,241 steps. My app shows 2,971 steps and tells me that the last sync was 11:51 AM today. If I pull down to request a sync, I get the message saying that my sync has been scheduled and will start soon. If I click into the Challenges section of the app and look at my totals in an active challenge, it shows that I have 12,006 steps and that was received 4 hours ago.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, I have restarted my Charge 2 multiple times. I have toggled my wifi, location, and Bluetooth settings on and off and verified that wifi is fully functional. Yes I did get the recent Fitbit update to version 2.77
What else can I possibly do????

And it's the next day - now I can't even log into the app from my phone or my tablet. I get to the login screen, enter user ID and password and get a message saying 'Invalid email or password'. If I click 'forgot password' and enter User ID, it says 'Network operation failed, no network connection. Please check your settings.' Again, wifi is good, Bluetooth has Charge 2 paired, and location is on.....
