We had to reset my wife's Charge5 and re-link it to her Android phone. Now her watch is receiving notifications about emails and text messages that come from her phone. I just can't figure out how to stop them. I know it's not about turning on DND or SLEEP or QUIET modes because my Charge5 has all of those modes off and I am not getting any email or text notifications on mine.
Haven't found even one valid/correct set of instructions for how to turn off all this junk. All webpages I've found seem to present instructions for some older version of the app. If it helps, we both have v4.43.1 installed on our identical Pixel 6a phone.
Can someone help? Thanks!

@Rumplestilts tap the device icon in the upper left of the main screen in the Fitbit app. Then tap "Charge 5". Select "Notifications" on the next screen. From there, you can select the Notifications that she does and does not want to see.
