I will say that I have never been so disappointed in a product such as this one.  Not even a year old versa and whe they updated the app it no longer works or syncs with phone.  Yes, I have tries all the click her for the "how to forums" and indeed is still "how to, still not working". Very frustrating.  Not a happy customer.

Agreed. For the price tag, I expected something that lasted much longer than less than a year.

Same thing here, but I've had mine for 3 years.  Can't find my device after update. Very frustrating.
