I have a galaxy 5 phone,I used to receive notifications regularly but now don't.i've tried all suggestions,but no luck.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Sometimes a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications and follow the complete troubleshooting tips at How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
