Strange syncing inconsistency

My ionic is not syncing everything to my app. My active hours give me a 13 out of 13 on my ionic but on my app I am missing 7 of 13. Strangely my steps are correct but it then says I was inactive for certain hours. 

Also my steps are not pulling through to the challenge I am on.  I have 18000+ steps but in the challenge I only have 6000+ steps and it is not a time difference thing.

I have a similar problem on my Charge 3: the dash board will log correct calorie info from exercise but the app on the phone does not recognise any calories burned during 30 minute weights work out. The result is that I am incorrectly logged as over eating every day......particularly irritating when I bought this tracker to help loose a few Lbs! The numbers are also inconsistent between one page on the app and another!!

It is so frustrating. I have shutdown my ionic, unpaired it from my phone, deleted it from my app and then started from scratch but still nothing changes. My step count is reflecting correctly in total but if you go into steps and look at the detail it has only recorded the 6000+ steps and not the total 18000+. So all other trackers are out of sync and the pull through to my medical aid rewards is wrong. Plus the in app challenge I am doing is wrong... I hate losingSmiley Sad
