For my rides I use my Wahoo Element, heart rate chest strap and cadence sensor. Cycling is my preferred sport and I get more details that way. However importing from Strava to Fitbit is important too as my overall wellbeing is in the Fitbit app.
Since 30th December, Strava activities no longer come onto the Fitbit app. I have revoked access and reconnected, but to no avail.
My Charge 5 recognises the rides, but unfortunately its heart rate monitoring cannot compete with the Polar H10. Plus the distance is always wrong. So for accuracy, I prefer the Strava sync.
Has anyone else seen this and fixed it?
It seems another day, another Fitbit app bug.

See my post here about Strava.
As for HR, I suspect that a monitor that sees the electrical impulses would be more efficient them looking at the density of the blood.

Same issue, is your Fitbit data on Google account or still with Fitbit? I did not migrate and thought this would be my next step...

Hi, I migrated to a Google account a long time ago so I don't think that's the issue.

Hi Everyone!
I'm glad to inform you that we've made some updates to the Strava integration that should address issues with workouts syncing between the apps.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps (if needed): Make sure your Fitbit and Strava accounts are connected, please check that you see Fitbit listed under "Manage apps and devices" in Strava settings on the Strava app and ensure that Strava is also listed in the Fitbit app.
