How do I manually log a strength/weights session from start to finish with the Fitbit Alta? It only auto recognises certain exercises & even then only after a minimum of 10 minutes?

@JeffGaffney, to manually log an exercise, use the app Exercise tile, tap on the Stopwatch, and then select Log Previous.
