Stress score on the blink

• After months of working fine....once again no stress score. I'm not even going to do any supposed 'fixes' as I know its not me or my Fitbit. I'll just wait patiently and one day ...hey presto....it will return. I have every faith that the little people inside my Sense....like tiny fairy's will come to the rescue and happiness will return 😃

Like magic.....my faith has been restored...just like my stress management score....all is well and the little magicians inside my Sense have waved their magic wands and happiness has returned. 😃

Like several other users, including the ones on this thread, I didn't get a stress management score today (24 May 2025). I'm hoping that this is a one time glitch and I'll see a score tomorrow.

It's been 3 days for me without a stress score, 23, 24 and today 25th of May. Anyone else experiencing this? What could I try to fix it?

No Stress Score for me yesterday or today. It has been intermittent for me since the beginning. I have never had a full week of scores and it fails more often than not. The coders, testers, program designers don't seem to be working on this problem in any serious way. I have resigned myself that this "feature" is broken along with several others that Google advertises but doesn't deliver

Wooops I spoke too soon, stress score came back for a day then gone off again and not come back as yet. Nothing the users can do its the Fitbit people that we'll have to wait for to fix it.

I noticed something that may explain the reason for my Stress Management No Score message. The instructions say "wear your device for at least 14 hours and throughout your sleep." On a day when I charge my Fitbit Charge 6 during that 14 hour window I do not get a score. I'm wondering if that 15 minutes of missing heart rate may cause the score calculation to fail? I have frequent No Score days and a poor sleep schedule which causes me to often charge during the 14 hour window. Sometimes I don't even have 14 hours between waking and sleeping which might also be part of the problem. Guess I need to improve my sleep schedule if I want a score.

My Stress score has stopped working since I slightly changed my lifestyle.  Could be coincidence.  But I wear it all the time except for charging.  It really is rubbish you pay for something and just want it to work.  Suppose I'll try all that troubleshooting stuff and all that jazz.  Is Google actually logging this as an issue that needs fixing who knows.  This whole community seems like a disparate jumble of time wasting.  Honestly can't get a Garmin fast enough.

Hello all,

The Moderators posted yesterday (29 May 2025) that the issue with the missing Stress Management score has been resolved. 

After not getting a score for 3 days, my Stress Management score appeared yesterday and today (30 May 2025).

I received a Stress Management Score today and on May 29, but did not get one on May 30. Therefore, I'll wait to see what happens in future days.

Do you know where to go to see posts announcing fixes, device updates, and software?

Update on 6/5/25: Adding additional information that indicates the Stress Management Score is not resolved for me. I received 3 scores this week, but no score on Jun 2 and June 5. Stress Management Score continues to be intermittent for me on my Android Pixel 7, Android 15, app version 4.44 (updated Jun 4).

Also, users will post when they see something fixed, sometimes before an official announcement.
