Yesterday the manually add exercise stopped working. I'm doing all the steps and saving, but nothing saves. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling app, updating app, restarting phone in various orders multiple times. Nothing works.
I think this started with updated app. I spin and i need to manually add it.
I have a charge 6 and use am Android galaxy.
Hi, @Spinner12345 welcome to the community, I assume you are entering your "Spinning" from the floating "+" in the bottom right of the Fitbit app "Today" screen>activity>spinning or spinning log. Do not forget to touch "Save" in the top right of the log exercise screen. If this is not working, sync the Fitbit app, go into the Fitbit app in your phone settings, clear the cache, force stop and then try again. If you have still not made progress repeat, then uninstall the app, restart your phone, reinstall the app log in & try again. Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers

Hi, @PolliRuth, I understand this widely reported issue is being investigated.
