Suggestions to improve Fitbit devices and app

I have been a Fitbit user since the Charge HR. I am on my fifth Fitbit watch, and my wife is on her third. It has been nearly a decade. There have been some good improvements. I was glad to see the standardization of the charging for the devices.

The standardization needs to continue. With each new device, I have had to buy new charging cables. I just upgraded to the Sense 2 and the charging cable works with my Sense, but the cables for the Sense do not work with the Sense 2.

The app has added new features, but one must wonder why DARK MODE has not. Dark mode has been around for 5 years now. One must wonder if there is a commitment to the Fitbit architecture. I know quite a few who have left Fitbit for other wearables because of the uncertainty of Fitbit's sustainability.

For Android, we can put our phones in Developer Mode and force it, but that is not a good solution. It should be in the app for the user to be able to select.

Thanks for sharing these great ideas with us. While I'm glad you've liked some of the improvements we've had since the Charge HR, I appreciate your honest feedback as this helps us to continue working on our products.

I understand that you have some concerns about the charging cable for your Sense 2. I would like to clarify that the charging cables for Sense and Versa 3 also charge Sense 2 and Versa 4. If you are having difficulties getting your watch to charge, you can try the tips described here.

I also wanted to let you know that we have a Product Feedback board where you can share any ideas that you wish to see in the future. I took the liberty and found some of your ideas already posted there. Please add your vote as that will help our developers to keep tracking the demand over time:
