Surge receives phone messages but not texts

My phone is galaxy s20 fe. Recieves notifications for incoming phone calls but not texts. All settings look correct to me. Any help appreciated

Please try the troubleshooting mentioned in this article for notifications missing, continue monitoring its functionality. Are you receiving WhatsApp notifications? Are you only missing text messages notifications missing?
