Surge stopped syncing

I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions. My Surge will not sync, will not receive notifications, nothing. It still tracks my steps & activity but will not sync with the app. I've had it since February. I've shut it down, restarted my phone, restarted bluetooth, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, unpaired & re-paired the device. I've done everything, still nothing. Any ideas?

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the Surge using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
