Swim not syncing

I'm unable to get the swim data to sync with the app.

On my Versa 4 I manually selected swim and start, swam for 45 minutes and stopped the Versa swim tracking option. I saw that it said I'd been swimming for 48 minutes before I stopped it. But this data has not transferred to the fitbit app.

I have an android phone, software has been updated, and ive restarted both the phone and Versa.

I want the app to calculate the number of lengths I've done (I've set the length of the pool correctly).

What is going on? Anyone any suggestions?

When I go to add the swim manually to the app it changes the data.

I put in the date, time, duration and number of meters I swam. 

When I save it the app changes the meters I swam to another figure...it doesn't seem to make sense. 

Help?

Doesn't help you but I've just posted an issue with a run not syncing properly today 

 

Wondering if the recent app update has caused an issue...
