I have an Alta that I've been using for 1.5 years, and all of my information is on it. It's connected to both my computer and my phone - my computer is a Windows 10, my phone is a Galaxy S6 Android.
I just bought a new Charge 3 and I don't know how to "swap them out." If possible, I'd love to keep the Alta information.
From what I've found so far, it seems like I can wipe out the Alta entirely and then add in the Charge 3? But I'm not sure, and I'd love to see if there's another way so that I can keep the Alta info (and have the Charge 3 'take' that info from the start). The computer app has always confused me and the android app is very basic, so I'm probably missing some obvious features here.
Can anyone help silly ol' me?
It's okay if I have to erase the alta info, but don't want to unless I'm told that is indeed the correct way to do this
Nevermind! I found the answers through Google. No need for assistance anymore

@Sarahlouforyou Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Happy to hear that you were able to replace your Alta with your new Charge 3 and I wanted to clarify that there isn't a need to remove your question as other new members may have the same inquiry. For anyone else interested you can check these instructions to replace a device.
I'll be around!
