Sync Problems Online - Phone Samsung J3

 Hi.

I have had fitbit flex for a week but would like to manually put in Calories/Steps from the begining of the month to get the records up to date.  I have manually put in steps and calories online in the Activities and the steps have worked but the calories won't sync to my phone app. Any ideas anyone. Thank you

Hey hey hey @Gloggs welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's a pleasure to have you here with us 🙂 Well this happened to me as well yesterday. What I did is to log out from the app and log back in again. If this doesn't work, please log those activities from the Fitbit App.

Hi Thank you. Found a way in the end via "custom food". Gave a
miscellaneous title and noticed it had a date drop-down which I used and
just kept going back to edit it with cals and date change. Sorted.

My fitbit charge (6th one in 18 months!) won't sync.  It only logs what I put manually into MFP. I've done everything...  I'm done with Fitbit, I just ordered a Garmin Vivofit.
