Sync errors

Is anybody experiencing sync errors? I downloaded the updated app and was able to sync the first few days. Several failed sync attempts since the last two days.

I am also having the same problem with syncing! I updated and lost an entire day's worth of data and then for two days it was syncing fine.  Now I cannot get it to sync no matter what I do. Anyone have any solution to this???

I am having syncing issues. The app will not sync my Charge2 with my tablet or phone. This has lasted for two to three days, after the app was updated.

Hi having no joy with syncing my charge 2 with my s7 edge. Reading other posts, people having same issues any joy with any solutions yet?

After reading a few suggestions for other problems, I did the following to see if it would work for my syncing issues and it did:

 

1.  Turn off your phone.

2.  Reset your fit bit:  First plug Fitbit into the charger.  Then hold the "on/off" button down for 4-6 seconds until you feel it vibrate.  This means it has reset.

3.  Turn your phone back on.

4.  Access your Fitbit app and sync.

 

It worked for me....good luck!!!

@adkhyg, I'm glad you got it going again!  The only thing I might add is that the restart instructions depends upon the model of Fitbit tracker you have.  Others can use the instructions in this help article, How do I restart my tracker?

I'm having the same intermittent problem. I'm regularly having to force stop the app and restart it. I sometimes have to restart my phone. This wasn't a problem with the old dashboard 😞
