Sync fails AGAIN

Every few months my Versa 3 fails to sync with my Google Pixxels watch, and it' s happened again. I have tried all the solutions in your help center except a factory reset and I still can't get my phone's Bluetooth to recognize it.

Hi, @Kmac1505 welcome to the community, may I ask you to review your post, do you mean you can't sync your Versa3 with the Fitbit app on your Pixel Phone? If this is the case you may find this article of interest Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Fitbit Help Center I apologise if you've already seen this.

I tried that article but it did not help. Found a video on YouTube that said to turn off Bluetooth and turn it on and that finally worked. Thanks.
