A few releases of the Android app back, there were lots of problems syncing my Blaze with my Nexus 6P. I had to do all sorts of things like kill and restart the app to get it to sync. I tried restarting my phone and the Blaze, removing the app and installing it again and even a different Blaze. The problems were finally resolved until the latest release. Now, it says it syncs the first time, but does nothing. The second time, it syncs with the website (my Blaze sometimes background syncs with my PC, but force syncing hasn't worked for over 1.5 years), but not the Blaze. I've tried killing the app and restarting it, and that doesn't work. I've also restarted my phone and my Blaze. In fact, it was while doing the latter that I found that holding in the left and lower-right buttons as if restarting after starting the sync seems to work. But I shouldn't have to do this. Why all the problems syncing recently?

Hello @meresydotes, good to see you around. Note that the phone you are mentioning have all the hardware requirements to be supported devices but are currently not on our list of supported devices.
This means that our Android team has not yet tested it for compatibility and added them to the list. If the devices supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0). However It wouldn't hurt to give it a try to the following steps: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Hope this helps.

@RobertoME You can say that all you want, but I've had my Blaze since they were first released and my phone for almost a year and I haven't had any sync problems until a couple of months ago. You've so far refused to fix the problem I've been having for over 1.5 years forcing a sync with my PC, so I certainly hope you won't refuse to fix this problem as well.
Bluetooth is a standard. I know my phone follows it. I guess Fitbit isn't interested.

Saying that you don't support the Nexus 6P is frankly a ridiculous position to take. This was the default Google standard device prior to the Pixel devices and support all of the pre-conditions that you have. So either Fitbit have problems with it that they are not admitting to or you have a bizarre selection of devices chosen for testing.
