Just bought this charge three 3 days ago, everything was working fine until today, nothing will sync with my phone. I've tried everything, and even went through all steps for Android users regarding this issue, still no luck. I've read a lot of bad reviews about this product but decided to give it a try. Thought I could trust the Fitbit brand, guess not. Bought this tracker for $100, if this problem isn't resolved in a couple of days, I'll just return it and add $80 more for a Whoop watch.

I don't think it's the Charge 3. I have an Inspire and made the mistake of updating the app on Friday. So Friday and Saturday I had a very difficult time syncing. And today the app won't find the device at all. There have been several times since I got the watch about three-quarters of a year ago that it was nearly impossible to sync. But when I would do a search on the forums, I would discover that a bunch of other people were having the same issues. I really think it is the app and not the watches.

The only way I can get it to sync is to make sure the location and Bluetooth are on, then close the app, then come back in a couple of hours. This is worse than any of the other times that the app refused to sync.
