Bluetooth does not stay connected, and my Versa will not sync when I try to sync

@Juggs Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Versa's connection to your phone isn't stable. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I have the Versa 2 and constantly having issues with the connection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth, restarted my phone countless times and still have issues with my connection. Many times it says it hasn't synced in 30 to 60 minutes even though I selected always connected and all day sync. Not sure what else to do besides return it and go with something else...
