Sync issues

I have note been able to sync my flex x3 days. I made sure Bluetooth and location are on. The app is up to date. When I select sync it says cannot connect to fitbit.com

Hey hey hey @Abaker620, welcome to our Community! I see that you have tried some steps to make your Flex syncs, however there are some other suggestions that  would like you to try listed on this article.
