Hi, i have a Android phone with the FitBit app installed. I have a limited data subscription with my provider.
It turns out the Fitbit Charge 2 very frequently syncs, but more important, also if there's no Wifi connection. It's using all my data which, obviously, is not wanted. I want to sync ONLY when the phone is connected to Wifi. How frequent it updates when connected to Wifi, I don't care, as long as it is Wifi-only. Unfortunately, i can not find how to do set this (assuming it's possible to set this).
Please help. Thanks very much in advance.(and hey, no, i don't want to enlarge my data subscription 😉 )
Cheers all, Phil

A warm welcome to the Forums @DrPhil_007. Is the all day sync connected? If you are not sure, you can verify this by doing the following from your Android Fitbit app:
1. Tap the Blaze icon in the upper right corner
2. Swipe the All-Day Syn option to turn it off
In this way, your tracker will sync only when you open the app.
I hope this helps, catch you later.

Thanks for your quick response, much appreciated.
I have done what you suggested and will stay logged on for a day and verify my data consumption tomorrow.
Have a great day!
