Welcome aboard @Imge. I love to see new faces around in our community. Since you have tried all the suggestions, I recommend to make sure your tracker has enough battery charge to sync. One of the reason when a tracker is having difficulties to sync, is a low battery. If this is not your the case then contact our customer support team using any of the different channels. I'm sure they will be happy to assist you.
