Sync problems with Flex 2

Hi all lights flashing and cannot sync. Any ideas ? Thanks

Hi Robert thanks for trying to help with this matter. I am using a Flex 2 .
I have checked all settings and they are correct.i have had tracker on
charge all afternoon and all lights are flashing .I do not know why ?

Hello @Mukewithwrs04, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you are having a hard time to sync your tracker. When you say all lights are flashing I assume you are using a Flex 2. My recommendations is to giving it a try to these troubleshooting steps: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

Hello @Mukewithwrs04, thank you for keep me posted. I saw your reply is marked as an "Accepted Solution" but by the context of your response I'm not sure if you re still experiencing the syncing issues you mentioned before. Can you confirm this for me please?

Put your Flex 2 in the charging cradle. Make sure the cradle is connected to power and the pins line up. Underneath the cradle is a square button. Press it 3 times within 5 seconds. This will power cycle the flex unit and restart it. You'll find it will sync properly now. You may need to do it twice, but it has never failed to work for me.
