My Fitbit alta stop syncing my steps around 4 days ago.

I have try some of the suggestions on the forum without success.  Any advice?

Have you tried the help docs

The Android tips?

Dont remove the Alta from your Fitbit account.

Also clear the Fitbit app's cache and stop the program 

To clear cache

Phone setting

Apps

Fitbit

Storage

Clear cache

While in settings stop Fitbit app
