Having an issue to sync to app few weeks.

This has gone from bad to worse, when it stopped monitoring sleeping and heart rate (on watch itself) and it doesn't show stats for heart too.

restarted the app, uninstalled it several times and the handset itself too..

very frustrating!

(Huawei p20 Lite)+ Ionic

Nice to see that you're digging into the Fitbit Forums @ironia, let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community.

Many thanks for let me know that you have a Huawei P20 Lite. This device is not on this list so it's not fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit appOur team routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. However it's always good to verify that your phone meets the minimum operating system requirements

If you are not receiving Sleep Stages. This might be occurring to cause this:

  1. You slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely.
  2. We need more than 3 hours of sleep to reliably calculate your sleep stages.
  3. Your tracker couldn't get a consistent heart rate reading while you slept.

Our heart-rate tracking technology, known as PurePulse, is specially designed to give you a more complete picture of your health and fitness. With all heart-rate tracking technology, whether a chest strap or a wrist-based sensor, accuracy is affected by personal physiology, location of wear, and type of movement.

I would like to ask you if you already tried to wear your Fitbit in the other wrist just for test? For tips on wrist placement and how to wear your Fitbit device for best heart-rate tracking results, please check this article What should I know about my heart rate data?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Keep me posted if you have any other questions!
