Sync versa 2 uk

My fitbit has stopped syncing, it's nearly a month now since it's worked. I have had a fitbit for 8yrs. And never had issues. I have health problems I track on my fitbit.

How much longer do we have to wait. I will be reluctantly replacing my watch for a different brand soon.

Hi @Miaward - there can be all sorts of issues why it's not syncing.

Have you tried to logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the Fitbit App window and clear the storage cache and force stop it, if you can, and then restart both watch and phone and try again?

Thank you for replying. I have tried all of the above. It still isn't working.

@Miaward- sometimes it can be a phone issue or watch issue. Try restarting both.

Failing that on the phone remove the Versa 2 from Bluetooth and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+Set up a Device"
