Sync with My Fitness Pal app

My Fitbit and My Fitness Pal app used to talk to one another and no longer are. I have checked all settings and nothing has been turned off or changed. Why won't they speak to one another? Do I need to download something? I've logged off and back on, gone to my laptop and logged in and finally have turned off and back on my phone. Any advice?

I had the same issue. Twice already after My Fitness Pal App got an update.

 

It helped me to use my Laptop. I logged in my fitness pal. Then I disconnected the fibit in my fitness pal. Logged out, than logged in again. Connect Fitbit again. And now it's working again.

@Illiniflowers, I moved this post to the App Help Forum, since MFP syncs with the app not the tracker hardware.  It will get more response here.

It helped me to use my Laptop. I logged in my fitness pal. Then I disconnected the fibit in my fitness pal. Logged out, than logged in again. Connect Fitbit again. And now it's working again.
