Sync

I am having trouble syncing my flex with an android nexus 7 tabet any advice? It will update when I sync on my laptop but I can't sync directly. I have down loaded the app. Thanks for any help.

It's great to have you here @k8edevon! This sounds weird. You can try to log out, force quit the app and reboot your tablet. Once your tablet is up, log back in to the app and start a new sync. This will ensure that the app is working correctly.
