Your data should still be there on your Charge HR (it has enough memory for 7 days data between syncs).

According to the compatibility list the Note 4 should work ok. There are some troubleshooting ideas in this article:

Note that the step where it suggests a restart of your tracker is worth repeating a few times as it doesn't always work.

Are you in a position to try syncing to a computer? This will help narrow down the problem to either your fitbit or your Note 4

Hi SteveH...i checked it out...my fitbit does not seem to pair with my Device via Bluetooth, just can't find it when i search for any new devices. Can there be a problem with my Bluetooth on my fitbit Device?

How are you trying to pair it? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to take place via the fitbit app and not via the Android Bluetooth settings.

Tried pairing via Android Bluetooth and via fitbit app...i can see its trying to sync but then just stops. Last sync was on Monday. Do think i must uninstall that app and try to reinstall it?

I would try restarting your Android and using this procedure to restart your fitbit:
